Why should I use a digital brain in Notion?

The PARA method, developed by Tiago Fortes, is an organizational system designed to help individuals effectively manage their knowledge and ideas. It organizes information into four distinct categories:

• Projects, which are the workstreams that need to be advanced.
• Areas, which are the topics that require attention.
• Resources, which include URLs, documents, and information relevant to projects.
• Archives (tasks), which are the smaller parts of projects that need to be completed.
